GUIDELINES

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) and the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) regulate Tasting Rooms in the State of Oregon. StoneRiver Vineyards operates under OLCC Oregon Winery License #245607 and ODA Retail Food Establishment License #AGL-1041687RFE.

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) directly controls the sales of alcoholic beverages in Oregon. The following OLCC rules regarding the purchase of alcohol apply to both the Tasting Room and the individual purchasing alcohol at a Tasting Room:

  • You must be 21 years old to purchase alcohol.

  • We must check the age of any person when there is a reasonable doubt that the person is at least 21 years old. By law reasonable doubt exists if the person looks to be under the age of 26.

In Oregon, there are only 4 kinds of ID that are acceptable:

  • A valid U.S. state (including District of Columbia) driver license with a photo.

  • A valid ID card issued by a U.S. state (including District of Columbia) with photo, name, date of birth, and physical description.

  • A valid passport or passport ID card.

  • A valid U.S. military ID card.

Currently, minors are not permitted anywhere in the Tasting Room.

Your compliance with these rules is greatly appreciated.
