ABOUT STONERIVER VINEYARDS
StoneRiver Vineyards is dedicated to making a limited number of award-winning wines from a select number of unique food friendly varietals grown in our estate vineyards. The grapes for these wines are all sustainably grown and validated annually by an independent third-party inspection process.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
StoneRiver Vineyards is currently looking to complement its Tasting Room staff with a person who possesses a passion for people, wine and sales. This person should be high energy, outgoing and most importantly hospitality-minded with a desire to learn. This person should also be able to work evenings and weekends, as hours will vary depending on needs.
COMPENSATION
$14/Hour; + Tips.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED.
Must possess or obtain an OLCC Serving License; Ability to provide Responsible Alcohol Training Certificate.
DUTIES
Sell StoneRiver wines and other products including new wine club memberships; handle on-line sales generated through the StoneRiver Vineyards online store.
Process sales transactions using our Square Accounting Software.
Pour wines in the tasting room, for private tours and at tasting events.
Educate customers/guests about StoneRiver Vineyards. Exhibit a general knowledge of the Rogue and Bear Creek Valleys and local wineries and Tasting Rooms.
Process returns, receive stock, and pack wine for distribution or local pickup.
Perform opening/closing duties including cleaning tasks as necessary for
Tasting Room interior and exterior areas.
Be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays when called on.
Be capable of standing on feet for extended periods of time (8 hour shifts with breaks).

Can routinely and safely lift 45-50 lbs.

Excellent communication skills; ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.
